Local property owners have partnered with the Leland Chamber of Commerce to reimagine the Downtown core of this Delta community on the banks of Deer Creek.  Eleven property renovations are planned, with numerous possibilities for retail and hospitality tenants.  Kudzu Collective created a Downtown Playbook highlighting the community’s assets, with a property inventory, connectivity analysis, resource matrix, market study, and priority recommendations.  The studies also included concepts for facade rehabilitations of key properties within the study area.
